Do you have an engagement party coming up? A school formal, graduation, photo shoots, a special guest at a party or wedding to attend? There are many special occasions where you want to be looking your best! I can provide a makeup service for one or more people to make them look beautiful and feel confident in their look for that special event!
For my makeup services for special occasions I will do your make-up at your location and time of choice. Prior to your session I will ask you about the event you are attending to help you to ascertain the appropriate make-up style.
High quality makeup is used to ensure your face looks, and feels natural (or fantasy style if you so desire), and ensure the makeup lasts the distance.
Trials for bride & bridal party
A makeup trial will enable you to “road-test” the look you want for you and your bridal party before your big day. I love to create a natural, classic or elegant look for a bride, but if you want something different – that is ok too. For the trial I will do full makeup as it would be on your wedding day. I suggest that you bring your own camera or get your photographer to capture your look, so that you can see a photographic view of your makeup also.
A trial can be done at any time.
Pre-wedding Photography makeup
If you are having pre-wedding photography, makeup will help your natural features standout. My makeup will look flawless for both black and white, and colour photography. This service can combined with your trial on your request.
On the day
“My creation” will make you feel like the “most beautiful” lady on your special day. I will help you to remain relaxed and enjoy your special day. High quality makeup is used to ensure your face looks and feels natural and beautiful for as long as possible.
Touch-up
Even with the highest quality makeup, if you have a long day sometimes this needs a “touch-up” to keep you looking fresh. I offer a touch-up service where for an hourly rate I will come at an agreed time and stand-by until the touch-up job is finished.
To achieve a perfect look for your special day that will last from the moment you leave home, and throughout your special event, I only use professional and high quality mineral makeup products. These makeup products suit all types of skin, especially sensitive skin. Some of the main brands I use are MAC and Kryolan, among others.
Given by diverse background, experience and training in both Asian and Western societies, I understand the different perceptions of “beauty” and different makeup styles in different cultures. I also understand how to work with many different kinds of faces and skin types, to produce a beautiful “creation” that is beautiful in the eye of the beholder.
I understand the stress and time involved in planning your special day (or event) so to make life easy for you I offer a personalized mobile service. Beautiful Make Up by Tika Berry will come to your nominated location. I don’t charge any fees for my mobile service, except where the service is only for 1 person, when a small fee is charged for some locations - see pricing page for details.
As I specialise in makeup, I do not offer bridal hairstyling services myself. However I work with professional business partners who specialise in mobile hairstyling and photography services for weddings. Please find their contact details on my business partners page.
